How do I add or remove a site to a site group in the Gigya Admin Console?

Answer

Any Admininistrator of the Partner ID can update or create a site group by clicking on the "Admin" tab and then the "Site Groups" link. Additional details can be found in the Site Groups And Single Sign On[1] page.

If no Administrator is available, please contact Gigya Support[2] and provide the following information:

  • The last three characters of the Partner's secret key
  • The site or API key to be included to or removed from the group
  • The API key of the Parent site
