How can I confirm that Gigya emails are being successfully delivered?

Details

Gigya can send emails to users for certain services.  

  • RaaS can be configured to send emails[1] for Email Verification, Password Reset, New User Welcome, etc.
  • A comment category can be set to email a moderator when new comments are posted.

If users are not receiving the emails, the users should first check their SPAM folder in case the email was inadvertently delivered in there. Clients may request that Gigya check the logs to see if emails have been delivered to specific users.
