Gigya returns "403049 Subscriptions are disabled" message

Product

  • Lite Registration

Cause

Lite Registration[1] is a premium product that requires separate activation.  The "Subscriptions are disabled" message will be displayed if the service has not been activated and there is an attempt to reference the Subscription Object[2].

Solution

  1. Check the active Gigya contract to see if Lite Registration is included as a service
  2. If Lite Registration is not entitled as a part of the contract, contact the Gigya Account Manager
  3. If Lite Registration is entitled as part of the contract, contact Gigya Support with security authorization to enable the services on the API Keys desired
